WHAT'S THE BUZZ?

We're Robbin and Donna! In 2019, we bought 10 beautiful acres in the Texas Hill Country and named it Nob Hill Ranch, a nod to the Albuquerque neighborhood where we first met.

Beekeeping was always in the back of our minds for when we finally had some land. Robbin had some childhood experience helping his Dad (who Donna affectionately calls the "bee whisperer"), but Donna was a total newbie and wanted to learn the ropes! So, before we jumped in, we spent about a year soaking up all the bee knowledge we could find. Seminars? Check. Monthly beekeeper association meetings? You bet!

Our official beekeeping journey kicked off in May 2020 with our first two hives. We've experienced the highs and lows of beekeeping since then, but we're proud to say we're currently managing 9 happy hives.

We've learned so much (often the hard way!), and we're constantly amazed by these incredible creatures. And honestly? We might be a little biased, but we think our bees produce the most delicious honey you'll ever taste.
